Today's post is totally dedicated to the Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet's. They are liquid lipsticks with a creamy texture, what makes them glide on into an opaque application. Once these have dried down they are full on mattes with an almost powdery finish.
Bourjois claims they will stay one for 24 hours... They indeed have a very good staying power but I would say they stay one for a good couple of hours before needing to touch up.
In the rouge edition velvet line are 8 shades which includes Olé flamingo and Pink Pong shown above. As a recent addition Bourjois came out with an extra nude version: Happy Nude Year. This last one is a perfect everyday shade thats easy to wear. Olé Flamingo is a more raspberry red and Pink Pong on the other hand is a more vibrant pink. I wore Pink Pong the most of these two during summer.
Overall I think they did a very good job at Bourjois with this lipstick range, color and formula wise. I love wearing them.
